1. The system does not work properly, not easy as in the video tutorial

The system is in permanent development, aiming to make the work easier and fast as possible. In order to prevent malfunctions, and to enjoy latest features and patches, please remember to press CTRL+F5 every time you login into your cabinet

2. I don´t understand what the speaker says

Our transcriptions are done for the development of voice recognition systems, that´s why you must transcribe exactly what was said, and how was said, if you don´t understand 100% what was said or you are unsure about it, mark the segment or substitute the words with [uni] as explained in the instructions, be careful about the location of the [uni] tag which must be located exactly in the place of the words you didn’t understand.

3. Speakers don’t spell words correctly, what should I do?

If a speaker doesn’t speak correctly, then don’t transcribe correctly, transcribe exactly in the way he speaks, for example if the speaker says “coz” instead “because”, “yeah” instead “yes”, “oh” instead “zero” then transcribe “coz”, “yeah” oh”, the same rule is for all languages.

4. The audio file is in a different language or has very bad quality, I can’t understand most of it

If an audio file is in a different language than the one you are meant to transribe or has very low quality, hard to transcribe, or its in a different language, or full of IVR noise (like a machine speaking),etc. You can replace the file for one of the same length by clicking in the ICON (here paste an image of the icon you will set to replace each file) next to each audio's name.

5. The whole audio is a machine (IVR), should I transcribe?

If an audio file is in a different language than the one you are meant to transribe or has very low quality, hard to transcribe, or its in a different language, or full of IVR noise (like a machine speaking),etc. You can replace the file for one of the same length by clicking in the ICON (here paste an image of the icon you will set to replace each file) next to each audio's name.

6. I finished my audio hour but I wasn’t assigned a new one.

Only verified transcribers get hours automatically, not verified transcribers get additional hours manually after manual review. Verified transcribers are these whom their quality was already proven repeated times.

7. My question is not listed here!
